Great value easy drinking wine from the St James' powerhouse. They say "Over the years the key component of this blend has moved from Mauzac to Chardonnay, in itself entirely logical, as Limoux is especially well-known for the quality of its high-altitude Chardonnay. With Vermentino adding aromatic complexity, and traces of Chenin Blanc and Mauzac for structure, this is a very attractive blend with a nose of orchard fruit and spice and palate fruit which strays, albeit elegantly, towards the more tropical end of the spectrum adding gravitas, and making this a fine food-wine as well as a satisfying aperitif."
