Nose: Light and fresh - some freshly cut grass. A delicate peat note emerges and a pronounced hint of menthol.

Palate: Some spice - mouth warming. A delicate sweet cured edge develops. A subtle ashy edge becomes apparent.

WITH WATER:
Nose: Light estery notes - fresh and fruity. With some Sherry influences and hints of lemon zest.

Palate: Subtle spices - ground pepper. Creamy with a subtle sweetess. Defined malty influences and a very subtle hint of ash.
