Delivery

No alcohol or tobacco products will be knowingly sold or delivered to persons under the age of 18. By placing an order on this web site you are confirming that you are 18 years old or over and we reserve the right to refuse an order or delivery if we are unsure of this.
We reserve the right not to accept any order.
Delivery
Orders will be shipped using UK Mail or another recognized delivery services agent. Local orders within the free delivery postcode areas may be delivered directly by us. Orders are dispatched following the successful processing of your bank and address details. This process which ensures your safety and ours against Credit Card fraud, can take up to 24hrs after you have placed your order, but we will send you an email notifying you when order has been shipped.
We will endeavor to dispatch orders from stock within two business days (Monday to Friday) of receiving the order. Where we ourselves need to order from our suppliers we will endeavor to dispatch orders within three to seven business days of you placing the order.
If we cannot deliver a product within this time frame we will contact you to offer you an alternative product or to determine a suitable arrangement for completion of the order. All orders are subject to availability and we cannot guarantee the availability of all products or vintages when ordered.
Delivery Costs
Deliveries within the following postcode areas will be free of charge: TN17, TN18, TN23, TN26, TN27, TN28, TN29, TN30, TN31.
Orders for a value of £150 or more will be made free of charge.
Outside of the above free delivery parameters, all orders will be charged at £8.50 for delivery within England, Wales and the Scottish Lowlands, and £24 for any other region within the United Kingdom including the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands. If in doubt about the postage cost for your location, this will be displayed during your check out phase.
Rest of World
We do not deliver outside of the United Kingdom.
Returns
We will refund any item purchased on liquidpleasure.com that is faulty. We will liaise with you regarding the return of such faulty items at your convenience.
Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.
If any item received is faulty or you have any queries relating to the order you should contact us by telephone, email or post.
Pricing and VAT
All prices on the web site are inclusive of VAT.
Whilst every effort is made to ensure the prices are correct on the web site, there may be errors with goods being mis-priced from time to time. If such an error occurs we will contact you to see if you want to continue the order with the correct price or to cancel your order for that product.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time, although we will not adjust a price once your order has been accepted unless there is an error as described above.

Tasting notes and other product descriptions are often provided by the suppliers or producers of the product and we accept no responsibility for the accuracy or completeness of any product descriptions in this web site.
