A delicate cherry colour with a hint of copper. The mousse is fine and persistent. On the nose, there are aromas of red fruits (strawberries, raspberries, morello cherries) together with nuances of spice. On the palate, this wine is powerful, vinous and is well balanced with a rich and fresh long lasting finish.
Ayala Rosé is perfect as an aperitif or with hot appetisers. It will also be superb with salmon or with desserts made out of red fruits or crumbles.
